o       Any purchases less than RM3, 000.00; one quotation is needed as a supported document.

o       Any purchases between RM3,000.01 to RM5,000.00 :

§         Minimum three quotations

§         Recommendation from Working Committee

§         Approval by Chairman

o       Any purchases for RM5,000.01 to RM50,000.00  :

§         Minimum three quotations

§         Lampiran ‘J’ need to be prepared and attached

§         Recommendation from Working Committee

§         Approval from Student Funds Main Committee

§         Local Order must be issued

o       Any purchases for RM50,000.01 to RM250,000.00 :

§         Minimum three quotation needed

§         Evaluation report need to be prepared and attached

§         Mandatory recommendation from Student Funds Main Committee

§         Approval from President of MMU

§         Local Order must be issued

o       Any purchases above RM250,000.00 must get prior approval from mainstream Direct Purchase

          Committee.
